What did you have for breakfast?  These buns are an IV original, and I have sold dozens and dozens over the years at the Pender Islands’ Farmers’ Market — a sweet dough, rolled with bechamel, then sliced, allowed to rise, and topped with cheese, bacon (and sometimes Tomato Jam) before being baked in the oven.
