It was lovely meeting you this week and having the chance to appear “in studio” with fellow local food blogger. Keep up the great work!

Great to meet you too, Melody. Happy cooking and blogging! Hope to see you again soon. Theresa
Great piece, Theresa! My latest obsession (sure to turn up on the Thanksgiving table) is pureed cauliflower. I steam a whole head of cauliflower until tender (make sure to drain it very well) and combine it in the food processor with a whole head of roasted garlic, a few big glugs of excellent olive oil, some thyme leaves, pepper, and salt (the cauliflower sucks up a lot of salt – don’t stop adding until it tastes impossibly delicious). It works beautifully as a side dish but I also like to serve it before dinner with pita or crackers – it’s a great alternative to hummus. Have a wonderful Thanksgiving! Lynn
Lynn — that sounds like a wonderful side dish for Thanksgiving — we may very well have that with our little bird! Cheers, Theresa
